I’m Atena Vaezian, an Iranian artist based in Toronto. Photography is my first visual language, and learning is central to how I work. I collect mediums by learning them.

My work often begins with a technique rather than a fixed concept. I learn what the process can do, where it resists, and what it reveals. The concept develops from there.

About

Process Library

This portfolio is a growing process library of projects and mediums. Each page brings together finished works, experiments, observations, and failures. Some pages document exhibitions; others record processes I continue to carry forward in my practice.
